1. Information and checks
We must know the customer, business and beneficial owners and may request identity documents, business information and evidence of purpose and ownership. We use Didit for digital checks among other measures, and may require further evidence or manual review. You must provide accurate information and tell us about relevant changes.
2. Activation and deadline
Identity checks and individual risk assessment determine whether address services may be provided. Technical activation or successful payment is not itself approval under anti-money-laundering law.
In ordinary self-service purchasing, the system may show a temporarily active address with a fixed 14-day deadline for approved identity verification. This is not a general statutory right to defer checks. Legal requirements and the individual assessment always take precedence. Previously declined checks block new address purchases; certain business and invoicing flows require approval before purchase.
If the deadline expires without approval, the address is suspended. Suspension does not automatically stop subscription charges. Contact kontakt@dinfirmaadresse.dk promptly about review, termination and any payment correction. The Terms of Service explain cancellation and payment in more detail.
3. Retention and questions
Statutory customer-due-diligence records are processed to prevent money laundering and generally retained for five years after the relationship ends. They are not used for marketing. The Privacy Policy explains data, providers and rights.
Email kontakt@dinfirmaadresse.dk with questions or to have a check result reviewed by a staff member. Document purchases that do not provide a business address are not subject to address-service identity checks.
