How do you know what to say?
When you sign up, you fill out a 'script template'. Here you describe how we should present ourselves, and what we should do in different situations (e.g., for sales, support, or accounting).
What if I receive more than 25/60 calls?
No problem. Extra calls are billed at a fixed low rate of 15 DKK per call. We'll send you a notification when you're approaching the limit.
Can you transfer calls to me?
Not at the moment. We take a message and send it to you right after the call. We're working on offering call forwarding in the future.
Is there a commitment period?
No, we have no commitment. You can cancel the agreement at the end of the current month.
